We do not work with a fixed number of posts per week or month, instead, we plan week by week a frequency that feels comfortable for both parties based on the information available to publish. That said, we always recommend maintaining a good publication frequency, so, depending on the client’s availability and materials to create content, a recommended number is 3-4 posts per week (of all types), and daily stories.

Internally, we work with ClickUp as a project management tool. Facing the client, the posts will always be available on Metricool and Google Drive.

Every week we formulate a post calendar, with its copy part and its graphic part and send it to the client for approval through Metricool, who approves it and sends it to the publication queue that the Content Manager takes care of, or returns it with the corrections or comments they have. When the posts are complete, they are left scheduled and are published on the set date and time.

We currently work by adapting your brand content into static posts, carousels, PDFs, infographics, Reels, videos, stories, and gifs. All types of content are subject to the client’s availability to provide materials that align with business objectives.

Facebook’s Business Manager is an excellent business tool especially designed for collaborating with Partners. By having an account and managing Assets from there, both the client and I ensure to keep our respective information safe and private.

Additionally, there are certain data and tools that I need to enhance the performance of your social networks that are only available in the Business Manager. You can read more about the topic in this article I wrote.

The advertising budget is based on what the client is willing to invest in ads + the types of promotions that we are going to work on together + our Benchmarks, Media Plan, and Forecasts. We always give recommendations, but the final decision is made by the client.

The good thing about digital advertising is that it’s very adaptable and can handle millionaire budgets, as well as more modest budgets that allow for many sales and reach.
